On this evening, Mette Gassner is joined by **Timm Vladimir** and **Thomas Herman**.
In the informal yet exclusive setting of *Sergenten*, we invite you to enjoy a refined four-course menu with a perfectly paired wine menu – created in collaboration by Mette and her chef friends. Throughout the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the chefs behind the dishes, hear the stories behind the ingredients, and feel the atmosphere as food, people, and great storytelling come together.
